RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apply a 28 days right of return policy.

Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.

Please contact us via email typing ‘ RETURN’ as a subject.

Please include your customer Order Number.

Please also indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or credit note.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.

Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge
